How to Set Up Your SourceFlow Website in idibu

If your website is running a SourceFlow engine then great news - you don't have to exclusively connect your website with our system because we already have an integration with the whole engine in place.

Setup

Here is what you need to do to get your SourceFlow website ready for posting:

1. Subscribe to the SourceFlow job board. 

You do this by accessing Settings --> Board Subscriptions and searching for "SourceFlow". Then you just hit the "Subscribe" button.

2. Enter your website's details.

You just need to enter your website's main URL which should end in sites.sourceflow.co.uk/, also your Client ID and Client Secret Password that you can obtain from your SourceFlow account manager. Please make sure to include the http:// or https:// part of the URL. 

3. Click the "Save Board Settings" button at the bottom of the page.

Additional Options

There are some additional options you can also set. Post Duration is one option many clients will alter, but we would advise reviewing all options. 

Note the integration label, logo (Sourceflow) and field names (Category 1, Category 2 etc.) are currently generic which will be amended in the coming months. Respective category options are automatically pulled from SourceFlow and will mirror the options you've set up with SourceFlow.

Job Search fields

All your job search filtering options are going to be set within your SourceFlow platform - for example, job types, sectors.

As an admin within SourceFlow, you have the ability to go in, add, edit or delete any you don’t need. 

You can also create brand new job filtering options by making a new category and selecting ‘for jobs’

All alterations you make will automatically updated on the idibu side so no need to worry about getting these updated
