How to hide the candidate vacancy field

The candidate vacancy field appears on the candidate profile, and will display all active idibu vacancies that the candidate is connected to. 

However, it might be the case that you do not want this field to be visible to some or all of your users. If this is the case, you can manage this very easily in the user settings area.

How to hide the candidate vacancy field

Go to 'settings' > 'users & permissions'

To update a specific user profile

1. Click on their name to enter the user record.

2. Tick the 'Hide candidate vacancies field' permission on the right hand panel.

3. Click the green 'Update user' button in the top right corner of the page.

To update multiple profiles

1. Select multiple users using the tick icons...

...or 'select all _ users' via the blue button at the top of the page.

2. Click 'with selected', and from the drop down list click on 'Add a permission'

3. Click on 'Hide candidate vacancies field'. 

4. Your selected user profiles will now be updated, and have this permission removed.
