How your own user profile is displayed in the users area

If you have access to the Users area of your idibu account, then your own profile will be displayed here in one of the following ways:

  1. If you are the account 'Super Admin'
  2. If you have admin rights or user access permission

If you are the account 'Super Admin'

As the main account administrator, or 'Super Admin', your profile will always appear at the top of the users list under 'All users'.

As you have all possible permissions, and your profiles cannot be de-activated no multi-select or permission options are listed here or within your profile. Clicking your profile name will simply link to the 'profile and maildrop' area of your account.

Note

Users who have access to this area of the system will not be able to access this area by clicking your name.

If you have admin rights or user access permission

Your own profile will always appear beneath the 'Super Admin' profile under 'All users'. You will also see your profile listed inside the Group or Subgroup you are allocated to, if this is the case.

As you cannot update your own permissions, no multi-select or permission options are listed here or within your profile. Clicking your profile name will simply link to the 'profile and maildrop' area of your account.

Note

You will not be able to access any profile details for the Super Admin profile in the same way that you can with other users.
