Adding tags to multiple candidates at once
If you want to add the same tag to multiple candidates at once, then you can do so using the 'Actions' button inside the 'Candidates' tab.
1. Select your candidates by clicking the grey 'tick' icons to the right of their listing. The icons will turn blue once selected.
Note: You can also use the 'Filter candidates' or tag filtering to refine the initial results shown on the page.
2. Click the 'Actions' drop down button in the top left of the page.
- Click on 'Add tags'.
3. You can now either type the name of the tag in the 'add tags' field and click to add, or multi-select from the drop down icon on the right:
- Your selected tag(s) will appear in the bar.
- When you are finished, click 'Actions' and 'Add tags' to close the add tags bar.
