How we allocate candidate ownership inside your CRM
In this article we explain how we allocate candidate ownership inside your CRM, the workflow and variables involved.
Please note that the information below only applies if you are using our CRM Handoff. This is most likely the case if you are using idibu inside Bullhorn, Vincere, Jobscience, or eBoss. The exception would be if you are using some other bespoke forwarding setup via a third party.

Note
A key point as you will see below is whether a connection exists between the CRM and idibu user profile. This is the connection that we establish when a CRM user first opens idibu inside their vacancy. However, it's possible for an idibu user who does not have a connection with their profile in the CRM to still action the candidate forwarding process when idibu is opened separately.
The order of scenarios
- If the user who actions the candidate forwarding has their CRM profile connected to their idibu profile we will allocate ownership to that user against the CRM candidate.
- If they do not have a connection between their idibu and CRM profiles, we will use the profile of the advert sender, provided that user has their CRM profile connected to their idibu profile.
- If that user is not available in the CRM anymore, or they do not have their CRM and idibu profiles connected we will use the idibu Super Admin profile.
- If the idibu Super Admin profile is not connected to their CRM profile, then we will use the first connected profile in the idibu user list
