Forwarding Applicants to Mercury: Workflow options

There are a few different ways in which we can set up your idibu account to forward your applicants into Mercury.

Send all applicants

As is sounds, this workflow will forward every applicant that idibu receives into your Mercury account against the Vacancy the advert was posted from. We can also hide the idibu candidate tab from the idibu integration so that users can only review the applicant records in Mercury.

Use a specific forwarding status

Alternatively, if you prefer to do some level of applicant sifting inside idibu, you can choose a preferred ATS status to forward applicants into the Mercury vacancy. When your users click the Green traffic light, they can select either that status, or initially move the candidate to a pre-screening status of your choosing.

The forwarding status itself can an idibu default status, or a custom status you create as part of your own bespoke workflow.

Forward your 'Amber' applicants to the Mercury candidate pool

If you are using an ATS status to forward your applicants to the Mercury vacancy, you can also forward applicants you action using the Amber traffic light to the Mercury candidate pool. These applicants will be moved under the 'Keep on File' status inside the idibu vacancy, but will not appear inside your Mercury vacancy at all.
