Improvements to the Candidate List UI

We’re excited to announce a series of enhancements to the candidate list interface, designed to streamline your workflow and prepare for new AI-driven features. These updates improve usability and optimise space, and have been applied to both the standalone and CRM iframe versions of the candidate list.

What’s Changed?

1. Simplified actions with a new ‘Actions’ Button

The horizontal list of action buttons at the top of the candidate list has been replaced by a single, easy-to-find ‘Actions’ button. When users select one or more candidates, this button displays a dropdown menu with all available actions, including ‘Assign status’ and ‘Add to vacancy’.

2. Streamlined Filters

The candidate filter was repositioned for better alignment and accessibility, and now incorporates the ‘Source’ filter.

3. Improved ‘Select all’ Icon

We changed the ‘Select all on page’ icon to make it clearer and better differentiate it from the other selection buttons.

4. Optimised Layout and Space Usage

We’ve created space on the right side of the page header to make room for future AI features. The first of these will be AI Candidate Summaries, due in early 2026.
