Forward Job Board Search Candidates Directly to Mercury
You can now forward candidates identified through your job board searches directly into Mercury, giving you greater flexibility when proactively sourcing talent.
The process mirrors applicant forwarding, with one key step: candidates must be allocated to the relevant idibu vacancy before they can be forwarded to Mercury.
How It Works:
- Add to vacancy
From search results, click the green tick or use ‘Add to vacancy’ within the candidate record.
- Select your forwarding status
Choose the same status you use to forward applicants to Mercury. Once the candidate is processed into the connected idibu vacancy, forwarding to Mercury will trigger automatically.
- Forward to the Mercury candidate pool
If you select ‘Keep on file’, the candidate will be forwarded to the Mercury candidate pool instead of the vacancy — mirroring the Amber traffic light workflow.
This enhancement ensures your proactive sourcing activity can feed seamlessly into your Mercury workflows, just like direct applicants.
