Improvements to the Candidate List UI


We’ve rolled out an update to the Candidate List UI, focused on faster actions, cleaner layout, and future-ready improvements.

Here is what’s improved: 

  • New ‘Actions’ button

All candidate actions are now grouped under a single Actions button, making bulk actions like Assign status and Add to vacancy quicker and easier.

  • Streamlined filters

Filters have been repositioned for better usability, with the Source filter now included for a more consolidated experience.

  • Clearer ‘Select all’ control

An updated icon makes selecting candidates more intuitive at a glance.

  • Optimised layout for what’s next

We’ve created space in the header to support upcoming AI features - starting with AI Candidate Summaries, coming in early 2026.
