This feature is designed to help you quickly assess candidate suitability by providing a concise overview of their skills, experience, and key achievements, making it easier to prioritise who to review in more detail.
Where to Find Them
- Candidate profile page – Located below the Address field
- Candidate list preview pop-up – Accessible directly from the list view
When Summaries Are Created
- Generated for new candidates added after activation
- Not created for existing historical candidate records
When They’re Updated
- If a candidate applies again with an updated CV, a summary will be generated or refreshed
- If they apply without updating their CV, no new summary will be created
Important to Keep in Mind
As with any AI-powered tool:
- Summaries are based on the quality of the CV data provided
- They may occasionally contain inaccuracies (“hallucinations”)
- Processing is queue-based, so timing depends on candidate volume
- Summaries focus on strengths and may not highlight potential gaps
- In some cases, a summary may not generate
