Redirecting candidates to your own website

Very often, as a recruiter, you would prefer that your candidates apply directly on your website rather than on job boards. This ensures that the application process (as well as the applications you receive) is always standardized, and that you have all the data directed to the back end of your site or your ATS / CRM.

In order to do that, you would use the URL of the job you are posting on your website as an 'Application URL' on all other websites (only ones that support the Application URL, of course!). And don't worry - you don't have to post such a job onto your site first, obtain its URL, and then send it to other job boards - you can post simultaneously, and we will automatically do everything for you.

All you need to do is make sure that your website provides a clickable link with which you can navigate from your job posting interface straight to the just-posted ad. In idibu's interface, it would look like this:

If your website has this, you're good to go! Just contact your account manager and let them know you'd like to set up the redirection.
