What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
You can easily reset your password if you've forgotten it, or if you receive a message when you try logging that says your password is incorrect.
1. Click the 'Forgotten password?' link pictured below:
2. Enter your email address, then click 'Reset password'.
A new password will be automatically generated and emailed through to you.
If you don't get an email in 5-10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Depending on your spam settings, sometimes your email may send the message there.
