How do I delete email templates?

Email templates are a great short cut to reduce your admin time, whether contacting one or several candidates at once.

After a while though, you may find some templates are no longer relevant so you want to delete them to keep your template list tidy and easy to use.

To delete a template

1. Open the email window.

2. Click 'insert template' and simply click the 'X' to the right of the template you wish to delete.

4. Your template will then be deleted.
