Vincere - Where can I find the applicants forwarded to Vincere?

In this article we'll show you where you can find your candidates inside Vincere, once they have been forwarded from idibu.

Applicants forwarded to the vacancy

To start working with the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu, open the Vincere vacancy as normal.

1. Click on the 'Applications' chevron in your vacancy

2. You will see the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu listed here. You can now progress these candidates through your Vincere vacancy workflow.

Applicants forwarded for your Vincere talent pool

You can use our Amber traffic light button to forward your 'keep on file' candidates into Vincere for talent pooling. They will not appear against the Vincere vacancy, but will be stored in the candidates section, ready for Talent Pooling.
