Jobscience - Where can I find the candidates forwarded to Jobscience?

Applicants forwarded to the vacancy are stored inside the Applications tab. How this tab appears will depend on whether you are using Salesforce Lightning or Classic inside your Jobscience account.

If you are using Salesforce Lightning

To start working with the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu, open the Jobscience vacancy as normal.

1. Click  'Related' > 'Applications'

This will open the applications area and you will see the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu listed here. 

Note that for each candidate, idibu has triggered a new Jobscience application workflow (even if the candidate already exists in Jobscience against another job). 

2. You can now progress these candidates through the Jobscience applicant workflow.

If you are using Salesforce Classic

To start working with the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu, open the Jobscience vacancy as normal.

1. Click on the 'Applications' button.

2. This will open the applications area and you will see the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu listed here. 

Note that for each candidate, idibu has triggered a new Jobscience application workflow (even if the candidate already existing in Jobscience against another job). 

3. You can now progress these candidates through the Jobscience applicant workflow.

Applicants forwarded for your Jobscience talent pool

If you  can use the idbu Amber traffic light button to forward your 'keep on file' candidates into Jobscience for talent pooling. They will not appear against the Jobscience vacancy but will be stored in the 'Contacts' area, ready for Talent Pooling.
