Access RCRM - Where can I find the applicants forwarded to Access RCRM?

In this article we'll show you where you can find your candidates inside RDB once they have been forwarded from idibu.

Applicants forwarded to the vacancy

1. To start working with the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu, open the RDB vacancy as normal.

2. Click on the 'Review list' tab

3. Here you will find all the applicants you have submitted from idibu into your RDB vacancy.

Applicants forwarded for your Access talent pool

You can use our Amber traffic light button to forward your 'keep on file' candidates into RDB for talent pooling. They will not appear against the RDB vacancy, but will be stored in the candidates section, ready for Talent Pooling.
