Bullhorn - Where can I find the applicants forwarded to Bullhorn Novo?

In this article we'll show you where you can find your candidates inside Bullhorn Novo, once they have been forwarded from idibu.

Applicants forwarded to the vacancy

To start working with the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu, open the Bullhorn vacancy as normal.

1. Click on the 'Shortlists' tab.

2. Inside the 'Shortlists' tab, click on  'Online responses'.  (Note: By default, this is where we will forward your applicants, but some clients have their account configured to forward applicants to 'Shortlists'. Check with your account administrator if you are unsure). 

3. You will see the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu listed here. You can now progress these candidates through your Bullhorn vacancy workflow.

Applicants forwarded for talent pooling inside Bullhorn

You can use our Amber traffic light button to forward your 'keep on file' candidates into Bullhorn for talent pooling. They will not appear against the Bullhorn vacancy, but will be stored in the candidates section, ready for Talent Pooling.
