Access CRM integration setup
In order to set up your idibu account inside your Access CRM, you will need to be an administrator of the Access account.
To activate your idibu integration
1. Log into Access
2. Go to 'Tools' > 'Integrations' > 'idibu'
3. Enter your idibu ID and Secret values, then tick the "Enabled" box
Note
The ID and Secret values are provided to you by idibu. Contact your idibu onboarding specialist if you do not have these.
4. Click "Show Webhook Credentials" to send them back to idibu to complete your setup
How can I edit the ID and Secret values?
You can edit the ID and Secret values if required by clicking inside the field and using the edit button as indicated here:
