How to quickly find the best applicants
You can now filter applicants based on their experience and location, using our candidate filter tool.

All screenshots are taken from the standalone version of idibu, but all of the same functionality can be found in the same place within your CRM too.
How to filter your applicants using keywords
1. Inside the candidates tab of your vacancy, click the 'filter candidates' button.
2. In the 'keyword' or 'boolean' field, enter your keywords separated by commas.

Keywords operate much like the 'OR' logic in a boolean string. Adding keywords separated by commas will return all candidates that have ANY of those keywords in the data on the candidate profile page.
3. Click 'Search' and the filter will only show the candidates against the vacancy who match the criteria input.
4. You can also amend your search criteria if you wish by clicking 'refine search'.
5. To clear the filter criteria from the page, either click 'clear search'...
... or remove the grey filter block(s) by clicking the 'x' on the right.
How to filter your applicants using boolean
1. Inside the candidates tab of your vacancy, click the 'filter candidates' button.
2. In the 'keyword' or 'boolean' field, enter your boolean string.

3. Click 'Search' and the filter will only show the candidates against the vacancy who match the criteria input.

If there is an error in how you have formatted your boolean string, then an error message will appear. In the example below, sales has been input without speech marks at the end, i.e. "sales
4. You can amend your search criteria if you wish by clicking 'refine search'.

How to filter your applicants using radial searching
1. Inside the candidates tab of your vacancy, click the 'filter candidates' button.
2. Start to type the location using either the city/town name, or post/zip code, then select the option that matches from the drop down list that appears

3. The radial search field will default to 10 miles. Click the drop down arrow if you wish to change the distance.
4. Click 'Search' and the filter will only show the candidates against the vacancy who match the criteria input.
5. You can amend your search criteria if you wish by clicking 'refine search'.
6. To clear the filter criteria from the page, either click 'clear search'...
... or remove the grey filter block(s) by clicking the 'x' on the right.
How to use keywords or boolean combined with radial searching
To use these options in combination, simply input your criteria into all the relevant fields as described above, and then click 'search'
