How to open the idibu standalone account from your CRM


Opening the idibu standalone product from inside your is an optional feature. 

If this has been activated on your account, then you will be able to open and access idibu in a new tab on your browser. We refer to this as the 'standalone' account, as it is what we provide to clients who do not work with idibu inside a CRM.

To open idibu standalone

1. Click the options stack icon in the top left of the idibu iframe.

2. Click 'open in standalone'. 

3. The idibu standalone version of your account will open in a new tab on your browser.

If you do not see 'Open in standalone' listed as an option, then this feature is not activated on your account.
