Where can I find the applicants forwarded to eBoss?

In this article we'll show you where you can find your candidates inside [INSERT CRM], once they have been forwarded from idibu.

Applicants forwarded to the vacancy

To start working with the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu, open your eBoss vacancy as normal.

1. Click on the 'Track' tab.

2. You will see the candidates forwarded to your vacancy from idibu listed here. 

3. You can now progress these candidates through your eBoss vacancy workflow.

Applicants forwarded for your eBoss talent pool

You can use our Amber traffic light button to forward your 'keep on file' candidates into eBoss for talent pooling. They will not appear against the eBoss vacancy, but will be stored in the candidates section, ready for Talent Pooling.
