Connecting the idibu iframe to Bullhorn for Salesforce

Important

Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure that you have successfully installed the idibu plugin in your Bullhorn for Salesforce account, and whitelisted the IP addresses. Full instructions can be found here.

You will need to have Administrator privileges to complete these steps.

  1. Obtain the ID and Secret values for your idibu account from the onboarding specialist who is assisting you.
  2. Click on the cog wheel in the top right of the screen, then enter the 'Setup' area.

  1. In the 'Quick find' field, type 'Custom settings', and click on the 'Custom settings' area listed under 'Custom Code'.

  1. To condense the long list of options, click on the 'i' in the alphabetical list on the right.


  1. Where you see 'Idibu V3 Settings' listed, click 'Manage' on the left.

  1. Click 'Edit'


  1. Copy your idibu ID value into the 'Application ID' field, making sure that no additional spaces are copied in by accident.

  1. Copy your idibu Secret value into the 'Application Secret' field.

Note

You do not need to tick the 'Use application URL' box.

  1. Click 'Save'.

You are now ready to set up the 'View in idibu' button in your Job settings.
