Adding the 'View in idibu' button to Bullhorn for Salesforce

In order for your users to open the idibu integration inside your Jobs, you need to make the 'View in idibu' button available.

1. Navigate to one of the Jobs on your Bullhorn for Salesforce account.
2. Click the cog wheel in the top right, and then select 'Edit Object' from the drop down list.

3. In the left hand column, click on 'Page Layouts'

4. Click on the first job type at the top of the list.

5. Click on 'Mobile & Lightning Actions' in the panel at the top of the page.

6. Find the 'View in idibu' button...

...then drag and drop it into the 'Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions' area.

7. Click 'Save' in the top left of the panel at the top of the page.

8. Repeat the same process for all of your other Job types.

9. The 'View in idibu' button will now be visible inside your Jobs.

Clicking this will open the idibu iframe, and sync your Bullhorn for Salesforce vacancy with idibu, ready for multi-posting your adverts.
