Vacancy closure and advert deletion - supported CRMs

You can set up your idibu account so that remaining live adverts are automatically deleted when the idibu vacancy is archived. (Take a look at this article for more details).

This feature is also supported by certain CRM integrations. This means that when the CRM vacancy is closed, it will trigger the idibu vacancy to archive and remove the associated live adverts.

This article explains the process and triggers for each supported CRM integration.

Note

This feature relies upon the connection between idibu and the CRM. Activity levels on either platform will dictate how quickly the action is triggered in idibu. So it may not be instant, but it won't take very long either.

How to Trigger the Process per CRM

Bullhorn

To trigger the workflow in Bullhorn, you must change the Bullhorn vacancy from Open to Closed, wherever you are able to do so in the Bullhorn interface, as shown in the examples below:

Note

Changing the status of the Bullhorn vacancy (e.g. to 'Placed', 'Archive' or a custom status) will not trigger the workflow.

Vincere

There are three ways in which the process is triggered in Vincere:

  1. The vacancy is 'Closed' (see below).
  2. The vacancy headcount is reached.
  3. The vacancy sourcing end date is reached.

To close the Vincere vacancy and trigger the workflow, you must close the vacancy using the 'Actions' button workflow.

Note

Editing the Green 'Open' status button will not trigger the workflow.

  1. Click the Actions button

  1. Then click 'Close'

  1. Complete the required information and click 'Yes'

Jobscience

In Jobscience, the status of the Job must be changed to Closed.

1.

2.

Resonant Cloud

The process is triggered in Resonant Cloud by closing the Campaign.
