Changing the vacancy status
When a vacancy is created in idibu, either directly or via an integrated CRM, the vacancy is given an 'active' status.
When you have finished recruiting for the vacancy, you can change this status to either 'placed' or 'archived'. You can also set things up so that this will trigger the automatic deletion of any remaining live adverts from your the job boards the vacancy was posted to.
To change the vacancy status
1. Open the vacancy overview page, and scroll down to the status area in the panel on the right.
2. Click on the blue 'Active' button and select either 'Placed' or 'Archived' from the drop down list.
