Below, you will find each step listed in sequence with a short description, and a linked article beneath that will guide you every step of the way.

Installing the idibu plugin

The first step of the process is to install the idibu plugin inside your Bullhorn for Salesforce account. The article walks you through this step by step, including whitelisting the idibu IP addresses:

Connecting the idibu iframe

We use a tool call the idibu CRM iframe to extract the data from your Bullhorn for Salesforce Job, and create a posting page where those details can be refined into a job advert, then posted. It is also where your users will review their applicants inside idibu:

Adding the 'View in idibu' button

Once you have installed the iframe, you can now add the 'View in idibu' button to all of the relevant Job types in your Bullhorn for Salesforce account. This is the button your users will click to both sync the Job with idibu for advert posting, and subsequently open idibu to review applicants or repost the adverts.
