Sending an email using an email template

You can use email templates you've created when you send an email from anywhere inside idibu. 

To use an email template

1. When you have opened up the email window (direct from a candidate record or using the email icon elsewhere inside idibu), click the 'Insert template' button.

2. You list of templates will appear, and you simply click the one your require.

3. The text from your template will populate into the email window. It's completely editable, so you can make and tweaks or changes before sending your mail, without changing the original template details. 

4. When you are ready, just click the green 'SEND EMAIL' button in the top right of the window.

How do I delete email templates?
