Accessing your talent pools

So you've created your talent pools and have been allocating candidates, but how do you access them? 

To access your talent pools

1. Click on your 'Candidates' tab and make sure the view says 'show all'...

...and you have no other candidate or tag filters in place.

2. Click 'view talent pools' in the top left of the page.

3. Click the talent pool you wish to access ('Engaged payroll' in the screen grab below) and your candidates will be listed in the main page.

4. You can now contact the candidates in your talent pool by SMS or Email. 

Remember, you can also use automated communication channels to reach your talent pools using our  Candidate Engagement Suite.
