Opening idibu inside your Mercury vacancy

In this article we'll talk you through the steps required to sync your Mercury vacancy with idibu for advert posting. The process is really quick and easy, and within a couple of clicks you'll be posting out your advert. 

Syncing your Mercury vacancy with idibu to post out your advert

1. Inside Mercury go to your vacancy list, and click on the vacancy you wish to post as an advert.

2. Having populated the 'Advert Details' page, click on the 'Manage Adverts' button.

3. idibu will open automatically, and start to sync with your vacancy, extracting the information from the Advert Details page. After a few moments, this information will appear in the idibu advert posting page:

4. You can now refine your advert details and field information as required, there then proceed with the next steps to post your advert.

What if I don't have an idibu user profile yet?

Don't worry - syncing your first vacancy with idibu will automatically create an idibu user profile for you. When you post your first advert, we'll simply ask you for a few more details to complete your profile.
